We evaluate utility expenses for which our client has no usage data (e.g. many businesses know how much water they consume, but not how much hot water they use).

 

 

Step 4

We calculate how much we can reduce your operating costs by category – applying superior technologies to each application.

 

 

Step 5

Analysis, proven historical data and your own utility payments confirm what

we can save your business.

 

 

Step 6

Each category is validated for each client and each technology, via historical financials, manufacturer's guarantees, ROI, breakeven and IRR calculations.

 

 

 

Step 7

After the client understands the proof data and guaranteed savings, an installation and deployment decision is made.

 

 

Step 8

The client decides to buy the solutions and retain all of the monthly savings, or to select one of our custom financing solutions to reduce or remove upfront capital expenses – saving money from day one.

 

 

Step 9

The project moves to contract and scheduled rollout.

 

 

Step 10

Future projects are assessed to maximize energy savings and sustainability.
